Rest for another week at least. You should really rest for as long as possible but that would mean not playing... at all. Which is hard to do.

Listen to your body if there's pain still stay off it.

Cop this or another quality Ankle Brace. It will run 35+ but it's worth it trust. Wear for a good four weeks after you start playing like normal again.

Happened the same to me, rolled it, probably the worst feeling.

Mine took about 3-4 weeks to completely heal, It looked like a tennis ball the first few days, couldn't even walk. Felt good after a while, but sometimes I start getting small pains

You probably need to check it again if it's been 3 weeks and still like that.

Something similar happened to me. I was about to engage in yammage this one time but I pushed off this guy's foot instead. Tore two ligaments in my right ankle.
Although you can walk, its still gonna take a long while before you're able to cut and put significant pressure on it in an athletic movement.

I drank heavily, did zero physical therapy, and played on it even when I was hurt, and it took about 5 months to heal, despite my accelerated healing factor.

^ shhhh. you aint yamming nothing except on thanksgiving

you don't have to check anything. I play ball all the time and rolled it plenty.

one time was the most serious pain of my life. i luckily got a ride home and hopped up into my bed but then realized I couldn't put any pressure on it

was on crutches for like 2weeks then i said eff it. started limping around in semi pain cause i hate crutches

got better in like a week and a half after that, obviously would've been sooner if I just used the crutches and stayed off of it.

my ankle feels to weak to be balling yet, every time i try to walk on it, my ankle will colllapse.. im able to move it in circles but it still has like a tight feel on the upper part of ankle where your sock would be

I've got a high ankle sprain with torn ligaments.

Been stuck on crutches the last 2 weeks & I've got physical therapy coming up.

From what I know it all depends on the sprain... Some feel better in a couple days, others feel better in a couple weeks. Just rest it & wait it out...

Soak it in Epsom Salt and warm water. I sprained my ankle late last year playing football, used a cain for about 4-5 weeks to walk. It took me about 4-5 months until I was able to run normally again without feeling anything wrong. I still wear a heavy duty brace for any running activity though.

If you aren't doing physically therapy, start... there is plenty of stuff u can do at home.
