sprained ankle

dang, never had my ankle out for more than 2 weeks. sounds serious but do those exercises as told by your doctor should help speed up the healing process.

Smh...I remember when I broke my ankle...and a couple of years later sprained the other..the pain from a sprain felt way worse than when I broke it

keep putting ice on it and rotating it..

anyone ever get pain if you do the opposite of a toe raise, when you lift your toes up to the sky you feel pain on the upper part of the foot

straighten leg, pull on both sides of P.P.T bandkeeping foot neutral, slide heel back and forth in a controlled manner causing a bend in the knee of no more than 30 to 45 degrees

This was a severe sprain from last year...I rolled it exactly how the OP rolled his...My whole foot, ankle and lower leg was swollen for about a week..it took about 2 months for it to completely heal w/o therapy ..Nutty professor type !%%*

I did this the same way like 2 weeks ago....Not as bad as the first one...but it hurt even worse, I'm about 85% healed as of today....

from this description i think it is like a leg press.
basically you slide you heel towards you along the floor until your knee is 45 degrees, then you press with your knee against the theraband extending your leg until its straight.

ok i got it .thanks lauk all you do is move leg back and forth while your foot is on floor..
