Spring Break

Do people who are not in college go to the typical Spring Break spots (cancun/cabo/etc) to try and get in on the action?
Is there an age when it becomes inappropriate to go on "spring break" trips.

going to cabo for 5 days next week, any tips/tricks/advice/do's/dont's for the trip?

looking forward to the breezies out there.. we got our own mansion split with the buddies so we will be bringing back chicks every night.
