Squeaky shoes: How can I fix em?

Wasup NT,
I have a pair of Nike Presto Rejuven8s and I recently got em' soaked in water. 

Now whenever I rock em they squeak like crazy. 

What can I do to prevent em from squeaking?

I've read that lifting up the insole and putting baby powder in there stops the squeaks. I've never tried it myself, though.

Did this with my X's and it worked for a good while. After awhile the squeeks came back. So I just do it again and again.

Yeah I tried putting powder under the insole but it still squeaks.
