When Qui Gon and Darth Vader died how come they got built a pyre and burned but when Obi Wan and Yoda died they faded into bolivian?

Because Vadar and Qui Gon is on the Dark Side

and the other are on the "Light" side.

My guess is both Yoda and Obi Wan knew about the ability to become a spirit. Qui Gon only got the ability after he died and Vader wasn't aware of it.

but also if you notice the way that they all died, ObiWan before he died he let himself be 'one with the force', so he wasn't actually killed byVader. He passed voluntarily & to save Luke

Jedi funerals occurred when a Jedi had died and was cremated. Exceptions were made in times of war when a body was left in an extreme environment or in very rare cases when the Jedi used a technique (force ghost) to retain their identity after death, and therefore, physically disappear upon their death. The case of Qui-Gon Jinn was different, his body did not disappear, but he still appeared to Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi numerous times in the following years.

I think this is the best answer. Obi and Yoda died voluntarily.

^ I really wasn't upset, but it didn't need to happen. They tried to show him as the old "light side" Anakin I suppose or how he was beforehe was Darth Vader, but he redeemed himself in the end so I don't see why it was necessary. I guess to sell more DVDs.

qui did become one with the force though. he trained with Obi Wan between ep 3 and 4.

I know that. In the films, if you watch the OG version there is another Anakin. When the prequels were released George Lucas digitally removed theOG Anakin and replaced him with Christensen.
