Starting a new drink

I am putting together a plan to start a new drink. I'm scared of people stealing my idea when I go to produce my drink, since I'll obviously have tooutsource. Do I need to contact a lawyer, and what do I need them to do for me?

you'll need some kind of patent on it - but those can be extremely expensive to get done properly. Still - do a little googling to find out how to handleprotecting an invention.
