There's quite a few apps out there. I'm on the Android platform phone wise, and lately i've been using MyFitnessPal to track my intake and workouts. I recommend it, MUCH better than NOOM which I was previously using. If you guys would prefer somebody else make it, let me know , i'll take it down. Or maybe you'd prefer to keep using the old one?
