TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING ISN'T GOOD.
If someone offered me Halal chicken lamb and rice right now with extra white, BBQ, and hot sauce I would OD on it. I'm not saying completelyabstain completely from your favorite delicacies. Just don't eat that stuff everyday. I have mentioned that several times in this thread, I eat what I wantevery now and then. I won't refuse a soda if offered one and I was really thirsty. And I drink/smoke on special occasions (post exams).

thats samething ive always been concerned about

how bad will this effect your work,sex, school etc schedule.

i just want like a 2 day detox prolly BS though

ive read a PROPER detox like legit is like 6 months
