std testing question?

sup nt. yes, i am smashing. team raw sometimes.

question is, i've never been tested for stds, but i go to regular checkups with my family doctor twice a year, they draw blood and everything. i've never had any bad results.

am i good?

Nah you gotta go to a clinic usually to get the test. The blood work at reg doctors isnt for STDS

Get tested.  HIV doesn't have symptoms until it's probably too late.    

Edit:  Not to scare you or nothing.  Just saying that if you smashing randoms raw, you should get tested, cause feeling healthy right now doesn't mean much if you smashing randoms raw yesterday, today, etc.

You have to get specific STD screening. There is no end all, be all for blood work. I believe certain STD's aren't even traced through the bloodstream.

I know for women, my dr automatically tests for 2 of them. It might only be up until a certain age though, not 100% clear on that. You can just ask for the full test when you go in for your annual. You don't need to go to a special clinic or anything
