here are my developing improvements for next event: 1. both floors of rock n roll hotel + possible outdoor space OR completely different LARGER venue. 2. larger region of promo for private vending of footwear. i.e. really hard scouting of NY, CT, DE, PA, NC, SC 3. sectioning out venue space by type i.e. apparel, footwear, jewelery/eye wear, handbags/luggage, media, visual arts, food/beverage, entertainment. 4. marketing space sales through known directors of the above mentioned areas. so in other words, if you know people who are trying to sell sneakers and you can book them a table space to sell. you get paid. I think most average event attendees want a bigger venue. I'd like to do a more empty space, like warehouse theater and gallery, or something really open. only thing is when there is no Audio/visual and F&B facilities built in.
