Store mistakes FTW!

I recently brought a new hard drive for my laptop because 120GB just wasn't cuttin' it anymore.  I used a $25 Best Buy Reward Zone gift certificate with the purchase.  I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong so next day I exchanged the HD for the same model.  I just checked my reward zone account and the chick at customer service refunded me the $25 and still exchanged the HD

A while back I also brought Beats Studio and Solo headphones from Best Buy and returned the Studios with the Solo's receipt 

$120 saved.

Today I'm going to take in my M-Audio MIDI keyboard that I brought last year and paid $15 for a replacement plan because its "malfunctioning" to get the newer model 

Anyone else have such luck?

Don't know if this counts, but finishline sent me 2 pairs of Jordan V's and charged me for 1. Also, it's "bought".

I dont think that i would qualify what YOU'RE doing as luck....sounds like your taking advantage of dumb customer service reps.

Well the last two maybe, lol.  But the 25 bucks was a surprise to me.
