Dhalsim and Viper are coming along... slowly

I really want a arcade stick to play this game for the 360, but finding one near to retail is just like trying to find kicks after release date for a decentprice.

I was about to purchase the HORI Real Arcade Pro EX for Xbox 360, but after shipping and handling and taxes it came out to $210.

I removed it from my cart and am now still using the default Xbox controller which sucks.

If anyone knows anywhere or can lead me in the direction of one it would be greatly appreciated.
