STREET FIGHTER

Who's Joe?
Character from SF 1. He’s a US cat, shirtless, rocking red pants and kicks. Fights in front of NYC like subways.

Street Fighter 1 (Fighting Street on TG16) is a terrible game.

Damn, how old are you?
Lol apparently not old enough. The fact they didnt follow up is a shame. And im not talking about Alpha cause that **** was trash. Yo ya'll remember when they had the cartoon series that came on Saturday afternoon in the 90s? Wasn't great, but wasn't too bad.

They followed it up with terrible Anime OVAs. Wish Netflix would grab the license and do one of their Anime’s (like Cyberpunk).

That hurricane kick at the end on both parts. Anime at it's finest.

Definitely a great ANIME adaption. Lot of iconic moments and helped inspired the terrible SF2:V anime series and Street Fighter Alpha.

We got violent Ken in the movie. And “Evil” Ryu in the Anime Series.

The CPS1 soundtrack is GOAT’d…so much so that they’ve had to reuse it twice lol.

I do like the SNES soundtrack though. It came out at a time when I geeked on the SNES soundtrack after Ghouls n Ghosts, Actraiser, Super Castlevania IV. But it was never going to compete with that perfect soundtrack.

I’m not a fan of the SF6 soundtrack. They went away from catchy melodies to the weird industry sound they had in Alpha 3.

You mentioned Castlevania IV, the game was insanely easy compared the previous three titles HOWEVER, it's OST stuck in my mind until this day.

When I am studying, I put on the Library song.

When I need inspiration, I play the Dracula final battle suite.

And when I think of kickass, ancient or medieval warriors the Theme of Simon comes to mind.

This scene from the 1989 Henry V really had me Simon pilled...

All I could think of when he Henry V gives his speech and when his army is engaged at Agincourt, various versions of "the Theme of Simon Belmont" run through my head.
