Stretching question...

What’s up everyone,

I’m not a fitness guru or anything, but one of the main things I’ve always had issues with is touching my toes while keeping your legs straight bending down. Yes, I do have a stomach, but when I lost the weight, I still couldn’t do it. Is it any particular types of stretches that could help with that over time? I notice that this is common amongst a lot of people. Just wanted some insight. Thanks in advance
 
Not everyone is supposed to touch their toes. I can do kundalini yoga til the cows come home and I still wouldn't be able to touch my toes. This test is not indicative of flexibility. Just try to become more flexible than what you are.
