Foot Long Chicken Breast on 9 Grain Honey Out. The Works, Mustard, Avocado. NO salt, pepper, oil vinegar. Is that healthy for a diet?

that is relatively heathly...did you have cheese?

avovado fat is not bad fat and i think they use half an avocado for a ft long. avocados get a bad rep cause they are high in fat, but as long as you arenteating a grip a day, it should be fine. everything is good in moderation and avocados, like many tropical fruits are extremely good for you.

that's pretty healthy, but if you made a sandwhich like that yourself it probably would be healthier and taste a lot better. their chicken is all rubbery.

instead put this on a chicken breast at subway:

j. peppers

banana peppers

red peppers

olives

onion

and ranch

besides the meat being processed, i think its not bad. a little better than other options for fast fod that are avaliable, but not better than going to thedeli and getting slices yourself.

Mustard is good for you. I don't know what the hll that dude was saying. Unless he got it confused with Mayo.

Avocado is full of fat, but it's good type of fat...and it also has a grip of other vitamins. Mustard is the best when it comes to low fatcondiment. Mayo is what you should really avoid.

Here's the chart for nutritional stats from sandwiches at Subway.

You gotta request for the avocado at Subway BTW. I think it's about a buck extra.

anything "foot long" at subway isn't healthy. this is the only thing that i found to be relatively acceptable to me:

6 INCH, NOT A FOOT LONG wheat bread ONLY.
chicken breast with no cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, maybe a little bit of olives and sweet peppers. mustard is fine too just not honey mustard.

now you're thinking who the heck would eat that? well subways is a fast food afterall, and fast food is never healthy. if it tastes too good then itcan't be healthy for you. also instead of eating that foot long in 1 sitting, split it in 6" then after 3 hours the other 6". i know no one buys6" now since it's only like 50 cents cheaper than getting the actual foot long.

A lot of Subway subs are not as healthy as one might think.

I do eat there from time to time when I don't have time to get anything better...
