The only people that would know have direct ties with Supreme or Nike. Doubt you will get any real numbers.

The original allotment was 3 stores + online...no possible way that any of the 4 sales could have more than a few hundred pairs...I'd be surprised if total production numbers exceeded 2k pairs.

I think 1000 were made period. I have a size 11 of interested in the red colorway.
