Hello All T-MOBILE customers and / or employees.

I had a quick concerning question.

Because I recently received a notice via mail that the over minuter rate charge has been increase to .45 cents per minute, does this create a loop hole for meto get out of contract with T-MOBILE?

I know that has been done in the past when the SMS charges were raised?

Can someone shed some light on this matter?

Thanks. !

i called them up to cancel my contract, and they said they're hiking overages fees but not letting people get out without the ETF.

Yea Unlimited Loyalty FTW unless its for the family plan then FTL. I'm contemplatin leavin Tmo. Makes no sense that they got a low band 3G and on top that, not every area has it yet. Sprint fittin to kick out the 4G and we aint even fully 3G yet

they broke the contract without your consent , therefor the ETF does not apply. ask to speak with somebody higher.

T Mobile sucks.

All cell phone companies do actually unless youve goit a great deal or employee line

Yes it does. You have 30 days to cut contract with them, at no cost.

Not true, youd pay the activation fee and your usage.
