I was at a Brewer game and someone told me that tailgating before the game is something only common between cities like Chicago Milwaukee and Minnesota.
I didn't believe it, i'm thinking tailgating is pretty common everywhere. They were saying that in like St. Louis you park in the parking structure 10 minutes before the game and just go in right away.

So i'm wondering is tailgating something that happens alot everywhere else for baseball games?

In St. Louis if I'm not mistaken they don't have an open large parking area outside the stadium, just garages. I haven't been there in years so I don't know if its still like it but I'm pretty sure it is. I think there's bars around the area though.

I saw a handful of people doing it at an Angels game last month. I can't say how common it is because I normally get there really close to the start of the game, it just so happened I got there with a little time to spare that day.
