Talking differently with different racial groups

^^^ do you guys change the way you act/talk between different racial groups. I've noticed this around and even catch myself doing it. Discuss

honestly yes. Different racial groups have different vernacular. Stuff i say around my brown people white ppl be like "huh?". They feel the need to compensate by saying "My N____" which normally doesn't go over too well. I be like "Howdy Cracka" and then they call me the racist...

Only time I switch my lingo is when I'm talking to a prefessor or an adult, from what I've noticed. Can't run up on oaks spot asking son whats good with my grades lol.

Just be yourself all the time, and you'll be good.

Naw. I apparently sound the same everywhere, besides at work. I'm polite as *+*% at work.

Everywhere else though I'm your average, soft speaking, way too deep in thought stoner. And due to my speaking voice, word choice, and overall vocabulary I'm forever stricken with the "you talk white" label. Even when I'm calling random white people I know _.

I'm getting tired of being called the black Asher Roth though.

This,I can't talk the same way I do with friends with let's say my boss 

. I don't change the way I talk around different races though,I'm me around everyone no matter what they are even though sometimes some people don't understand some of the slang that I use

Not the way I speak, but the things I speak about, mostly in terms of entertainment and hobbies in my leisure.
If I say the name Zooey Deschanel at work, little to no one knows who she is; I say it at school, and the ratio is completely flipped.
