teeth whitening ?

I'm interested in whitening my teeth at home but i dont know which kit is best ... what do you guys use ?

There's a product that Crest ( i think) puts out, you use it once a week and it cleans and whitens your teeth like you'd get at the dentist.

yeah i was on the crest website but they make a lot of products and i dont know which is best . btw are you by any chance honduran or salvadorian ?

weird question...but if you went to the dentist, what would they suggest?..would they recommend any of these teeth whitening products?

My dentist recommended Crest White Strips, and he said they're the best available on the market. If you do use that, I'd recommend ACT mouthwash too,since some people feel extra sensitive after using it.

Those arn't as effective as goin to the dentist and havin them do it with a laser or something, if you can afford it go with the dentist. I personallydon't think any of the above work.

for a cheapo solution, you might want to try rinsing with a solution of 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 1 part water, and brushing with straight baking soda.doesn't taste great, so you might want to rinse with something minty as well (crest pro health?), but it works well.

don't use rembrandt white strips. joints don't work. there's a setup in the mall that whitens teeth with some kind of laser for like 89 bucks, butI'm hesitant about getting dental work done in the middle of the mall.

The dentist charges $600. Thats way too much for my blood, the mall by my house has some big machines that supposed to whiten teeth for $100 but I dont knowabout doing it at the mall.
