text message question

Today when sending a text all my meesages were deleted. That's right when I sent the text all messages were deleted, is there anyway to get these back? Ihave cingular / at&t. Thanks in advance for any help

If I take out my sim card and put it back in my phone redownloads the last 50 or so msgs... I have t-mobile tho.

I take the battery out while the phone is still on...
then I put the battery back in and the phone loads messages about 150
or so messages... I have tmobile btw

when yer bb starts deleting all the text messages and call logs it USUALLY means your using too much internal memory... Get a memory card and put as much stuffon it as possible
