I've texted while I've driven before, and never did I sweve from lane to lane!
I'm assuming it has to be though, since he got out the car & helped him...I dont think he'd label it somethin that it wasnt

He has to be either:
1)Drunk
2)Stupid... i mean he almost got in an accident and was still "texting" (if that's what he was even doing)
3) Just a super persistant texter. Nothing can stop this guy from texting.

No way was he texting. You dont swerve that much while texting and driving, unless dude was having a full fledged BBM convo or messing with swipe.
