Alright, so I'm heading to downtown LA from Pomona tomorrow and need to be there between the hours of 9 - 5 pm....when is the 10 NOT busy with traffic?

prob need to leave by 6-645am.
but even at that time you'll be hitting traffic.
when i drove out to pomona for school this past year,
all i saw was traffic on the other side.
and this was at 7-730am
and coming back.. you'll be in traffic if you leave at 5.

you need to be there by 9am? you could leave by 730-745 and be in Pomona with plenty of time left. everyone is usually going towards downtown LA and not away in the morning
