It's incredible how much coaches get blamed for things that aren't their fault. If for nothing else, there's only so much that can be done in 24 seconds and when you've been scouted weeks in advance, so much gets blown up that it literally becomes iso's and pick and rolls.

No, it just means torn. Not quite sure why that term gets used for Achilles tears, but not with knee ligaments. But that's what they call it. So it could be a complete or partial rupture.
