Dudes rotations/playcalling/strategies all bad.

Never said he was good, but this whole situation was handled poorly. They wanted to have an excuse to fire him so they put that "make the playoffs or else" ultimatum on him, then when he delivered on that deal, they did it anyways. They could have just cut the cord when they initially wanted to and no one would call this firing foul, but it is foul now because of how it was handled.
