Naw, Batum is quite ahead of him. Gianni's has a long ways to go on the defensive end...become a better playmaker and shooter. That's really not a bad ceiling realistically.

Outside of a 3 point shot... What does a 25 year old Nic Batum do that a 19 year old Alphabet CANT do right now?

On the flipside...there are things that Giannis can do right now...that Nic Batum cant. One being a threat off the bounce.

Klay won't average 10 pts without Steph Curry? you should be banned for making that statement.

Not being able to create his own shot off the dribble =/= not being able to create his own shot.

Klay can get a good shot off with little space. Less space than most guys in the league. And he's improving off the dribble too.

so is kevin love leaving at the end of the year?? he doesn't look too happy

cleveland is too immature and lebron needs that HGH

I wouldn't be happy either with Waiters's bum self taking more shots per possession than him.

Stop overreacting, they're less than 1 month into playing together.

We saw how the Heat squad looked out the gate and then they went to 4 straight Finals.

They have all the pieces but continuity is necessary no matter how much talent you have you can't beat experience/intuition and it only comes with time.

All this. He has one of the quickest releases in the game. He literally only needs like half a second to get a clean shot off. Anyone who says he'd be just average on another team I don't think understands how good a shooter he really is.

Can't be serious. Batum is a better defender, playmaker, scorer, etc etc. he can score off the bounce too. Portland plays a lot of p&r w/ him and he's a secondary ball handler.

THAT is the type of player Gianni's will develop into. IMO. Nothing wrong with that at all.

just realized where ive seen the 6ers coach before

to be honest with you, i may continue to overreact.

they dont have the pieces. shawn marion at starting 2 guard? Joe Harris over Dion?? This team doesn't have a shane battier or ray allen. they do have half a mike miller.

Martin was bound to get hurt anyway. It always happens. Might be a blessing in disguise though. Even more minutes for the young pups.

Love back to Minnesota next year? :lol

Dude takes the most inefficient shots imaginable. :lol

Honestly he could be a really good player if he just studied Wade like Bron asked him too.

He's a good athlete, can create off the dribble, has three point range and he's strong enough to finish at the rim.
He should only shoot 3's or drive to the rim, anything else he's destined for disaster.

Also, Kyrie is shooting the lights out 46% from deep on 5 attempts per, he's real.

If Duncan and Manu retire, he should go sign with the Spurs.

Small ball lineup with Tony/Green/Sad Boy/Love/Boris. :x :x :x

Big man passing would be unprecedented.

Pop could coach them from Saint Croix through Skype and they'd win 50 games minimum.

Saw a tweet a few days ago, Waiters passes like he lost a bet.

Spurs would just need to time their signings right. Kind of like the Rockets this past summer, but the complete opposite. :lol

Ain't even know the Sixers had a coach, what's the point of even having one?

There's nothing anybody could do with that roster, they're 2 years away from being 2 years away.
