I remember years back there was not that many characters in movies that were shredded and fit. Sometime after 90's there was a steep decline in the creation of movies that featured action hero like physique.
It seemed like CGI took over for a while and movie heroes didn't look like previous stars like Arnold, Stallone and Van Dam.
Future and resent movies have been slowly going back to the way American heroes were portrait in films. We have movies like Wolverine and Pain and Gain coming which feature fit muscular men.
could this be the reviving of the fitness revolution?
Cliffs:
-Movies from the 90's had heros that showcased physical human potential
-Movies stopped featuring these types of characters with large muscles
-Movies are now coming around to featuring the typical American hero like Arnold and other great bodies of the 90's
