Is anyone else's college campus like this? EVERY girl dresses like this. I go to UT-Austin, if it matters.

In fact one girl in my comp 2 class dress like that. Her accent is

Replace the iPhone with the Blackberry and you've gotthe uniform at Syracuse.

They don't wear the leggings under the shorts but when the weather's decent they do.
