I watched this show when it first came out; very uneasy feeling. It's irresponsible programming in my opinion.

We live in an "all or nothing" society; but when it comes to weight loss and becoming fit, slow and steady wins the race.

They got 300-pounders doing triangular pushups..... they sweatin' crisco in HD. Like c'mon Jillian, babygirl... please.
