No, “reckless, accidental” isn’t correct. The legal standard for recklessness and what the common person understands the words to be are very different. Like I said, y’all gotta stop getting legal breakdowns from people who have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. There’s plenty of people online who understand the law and penal codes who can actually explain what charges mean.
