Ak went live earlier with Troy and Joe

I missed a lot of it with Joe

Troy Average made an appearance trolling during Joe's, got trolled back and bounced.

Talked about Spotify. Joe said he had it in his contract they couldn't censor him, so that's why they couldn't stop his rants about hem. Said they're trying that with Rogan. Joe said one of the breaking points with Spotify was they wanted to include ads, in old and new content and he had no say one what and where. Said his pod was doing better than some networks and shows combined.

Said Charlamagne agreed not to discuss each other. I guess they're back to being frenemies.

Joe said he got offered 3 years and $10 million, but all of them decided to turn it down and they picked the Spotify deal instead. I assume that was Tidal? So I doubt they would go there now.

Went at Schulz. Reiterated he didn't ask for $250, but so what if he did.

Reiterated he didn't abuse dogs or women. Said he would have never been allowed on TV, because it would have been a liability.

Discuss Rory pulling up on Ak, and Joe tried to squash it.

They talked about Complex a lot, and Joe trying to get them away from Complex.

i had the Joe portion of this on in the background while I was doing something and it was a cool lil watch if you liked the Spotify rants from past few weeks.

I don’t really like Ak on his own but I wanna see him and Joe do another show, they got good chemistry

did you ever listen to Gillie's pod?

Dev or Dev Nasty used to be the third/straight man in the Parks role, because he was also the studio guy and engineer. When they got the Barstool deal they tried to hire him per hour and hide their own contract from him.

I noticed Gillie did seem to try to be extra on Nore's pod, maybe in an effort to boost his own viewership. IMO it looked corny. People talk about Joe yelling, but Gillie seems to do it a lot.

It's like y'all have learned nothing from the debates in 2016 and the previous three years.

His supporters like the way he carries himself. People aren't fact checking during a debate. They go for who's more confident, aggressive and dominant.

After a fight, who won? The one smiling or the one bruised up?

That's why you should go to Faux News after a debate. They aren't copping pleas and making excuses for a reason. His supporters aren't watching CNN or MSNBC.

Mal is leaning in to the character that others have put on him.....out of resentment and sarcasm. He’s attempting to prove a point.

It’s like his Westbrook tweet a few weeks back. Russ was playing poorly, and he posted “Westbrook is playing great” or something to that effect (as Russ’ poor play negatively hurt the rockets but was a positive for the Lakers. And if you were pulling for the Lakers...Russ was doing a favor).

Same thing. He just wants to sit back and wait for the reactions.

It feels like him leaning in to being the overly cool, controversial character happened overnight. That’s why I don’t pay much attention to it and all the complaints. You can tell when he’s being serious about something.
