I know not all the right education is taught in school but I learned about this in school (it was brief) and then more in depth in college.

Trying to pass off that pseudoscience as evidence of science being wrong about something they thought was a fact and changing it is nasty work.

And it's sad cuz I can't tell if Ish is that dumb or if he's acting in bad faith.

Marc is right, that's gotta be frustrating. A room full of people and no one else but him has this basic education. What people call a "theory" is just their hypothesis and not a scientific theory because they haven't gone through the steps. At this point I'm blaming American schools. They've done a poor job teaching the scientific method and critical thinking.

These conspiracy theory dudes are so used to being in their own social media echo chamber they don't realize how nuts they really look and sound. On social media you can find a support system for anything and any belief where you don't feel alone and don't have to defend your beliefs. You begin to think you sound normal and you're special and really smarter than everyone else.
