Ish had the same issue with Flip at first too. He doesn't know how to talk to men, he thinks everyone is one of his lil cronies like shampoo or something.

On one hand Marc do be on his teachers pet thing talking down to the cast but he does put more effort into promoting and engaging.
I do wonder if Joe and Ian or whatever take that stuff into account when it comes to paying.

I actually dont think I'd be able to hang with Joe or Flip.
Flip is much worse than Joe as he's always instigating **** and then trying to take it to another level with vague threats. But Joe is nasty too...I wouldn't be able to deal with him telling me to shut the **** up...the 5th time that ***** said "ay yo hold on for a second MAQ", I'd have to tell his *** nah nigha you hold on, I'm already talking.

Im glad Flip called this out like he usually does on cam and confronted it directly.
Marc has been condescending and getting off slick **** to everybody on the pod for months. He was literally doing it as he argued with Flip. Flip actually watches the pods back to catch anything he misses. Then brings it up again directly.
Said he was doing sucka **** and got Marc all out of his character. This was bound to happen given Flip literally does this with everybody (started with Joe, then Ish and Ice, moved on to Emanny, and did it with Mel constantly but she never turned it into arguments but into HR meetings). He's always gonna address **** that should be handled behind the scenes on camera

I haven't watched it yet...about to put it on now matter of fact but wanted to ask you.
Before I ask, ypu right. Marc definitely be saying slick **** all the time on the pod...I'd say calling it condescending is fair. I'd even say there is a little bit of talking down mixed in there as well. That said, dk you think Marc intends harm when he does it? Like, is he being malicious or is he just trying to get jokes off? Is he trying to make people look/feel dumb or is he just trying to be entertaining?

Any joke Marc has said to anybody on there, other people has said as well. This is trying to paint it like Marc is a bully
