… well said, and those type of folks are also contributing to the “dumbing down of America” and don’t even realize it.
As you said, ol’ girl is an ally of Charlemagne who’s one of the worse ones doing it
It also describes the democratic party perfectly. They don't relate to the average person and have a negative Q Rating even though a lot of people disapprove or don't like Trump. They aren't relatable and don't appeal to working class people and look weak.
Meanwhile, the Republican Party has people voting against their own interest and the poor and uneducated are a big part of their base.

What i find particularly funny about that clip is that it’s coming from some individuals who staunchly criticized the democratic party for ostracizing their constituents because they seemingly weren’t on board with the program. Meanwhile the constituents were simply suggesting that the program is propagating things that simply didn’t resonate with them. It’s either “be like this, or you can’t sit at our table.” Now they themselves are doing the exact same **** on their podcast.
Ol girl literally tried to dismiss Flip because of her perceived notion of his lack of intelligence. Essentially saying dude’s dumb and therefore shouldn’t be worthy of an opinion. It’s that sort of thinking that turns our people away from one another, and what contributes to dividing a nation rather than building one. It’s elitism, plain and simple. If you truly are a champion for the betterment of Black people, open the window of communication so that you can stand a better chance of educating your brothers and sisters, and help to bridge the gap in understanding between yourself and those who you may disagree with.
Joe said something that was very telling. Marc was a free agent. We don’t know if they did or didn’t offer him a spot of their show, but if they didn’t, they can’t dictate where is or isn’t his home. Angela trippin with that.

I think it's a solid discussion either side, and super unfair how they classified it and titled it, especially without full context of the episode or the show in general. They even did a good job breaking down some other political bs going down in the country in the full episode, which is their lane.
I'm with Tiffany on the Flip dismissal though, that's me too, let somebody else do it. Not saying the convo shouldn't be had, but somebody better than me should do it.
But yeah, doing all that then being friends/supporting one of the most low information losers out there with a platform is questionable.

Really he's the one that spoke for Flip. He's also an informed dude given his experience.
Clearly his situation was a setup but seems like folks don't extend that grace because of the gay implications.

JBP is brain rot content. I stopped watching over a year ago. I’m assuming Joe want Marc on the show because he’s the only educated one with intelligence. Joe is not dumb but there’s certain topics he doesn’t know **** about. Hearing him and Ish talk politics was when I checked out. Ish a MAGA and Joe wants to pay less taxes. I can’t listen to cars that share disinformation with my people. Heard Rod Wave was on there and he’s another pile of ****. Joe shouldn’t have that trash on his pod.

I don’t see how a woman sharing her life story is brain rot, is it because she was in Hip Hop videos? We should belittle her? If this was a white woman telling those stories, she’d be on every talk show, nationwide book tour and have 100s of Go Funds Me in the works.
I’d rather hear someone’s life story than a group of 50 year olds say RIP to a redneck that tried to break into a government building or make jokes about vaccines not working and pushing goofy MAGA conspiracy theories.
