I come in peace but from the clips I've seen of her, EYE don't get why she is there but what does Mona bring to the table in your honest opinion?

Was it a situation where they just had to replace Mel with another woman for optics sake?

Joe was going to try out Mona since she was a guest on the pod back in the summer.

Just a different voice. A female one. A comedic one. As far as I can tell they don't have anyone giving takes like her or cracking the same jokes.

Now Sasha seems like a direct emergency hire reacting to when Joe realized Mel was gone for good. She's just a pretty face and fine *** body.

It's my only issue. She talks just a little too much and needs to tone it down some. She's actually more well versed on most of the topics than everyone besides MLH. She actually puts effort into the pod(Ish) and doesn't totally do the I heard thing. Ish stays rambling off Twitter logic and doesn't bother to do his own independent research(google).

I actually wish Joe, Ish and Ice would shut the hell up about fitness because they worked out twice. They're all still sloppy, pause? at least show some results first.

I found it weird when Ish said he had a female personal trainer. I was wondering how hard he actual trains and if he's implementing weight training. Dudes benching with 25's. Women and men trainers normally train different.

He said he was doing a bunch of squats, which isn't the best at his age. Especially starting out from being out of shape. Dude might end up with a bad back.

Man listen, before Ish got injured he said he was back in the gym. This is around that time they made that bet about him losing a certain amount of weight after 2 months or something. He never kept it up.

Got injured and reverted. He probably does light exercises once a month.
