I dont think what hes doing is shady i think hes just trying to help and what he sees as helping people might be viewed differently by other people.

Can't say I'm mad at him for doing his son like that. I used to watch KD's mom do him the same way. She was menacing...but he took it all in stride and now look. I wish I had one of those type of tough parents too.

I'm sure part of him loves the attention he gets from it, but that doesn't mean his heart isn't always in the right place either. 

I'm sure he's helped many more then he's hurt in all this, good stuff.

And yes even the most talented of players could use mentoring,
just because they have "skills" don't mean they have a disciplined character.

I thought the story was very well written. It's just not normal for people to look at Deion and his previous persona and not be skeptical. However, I thought the story did him justice and showed he does stuff not only with stars, but with kids.

I believe this paragraph is true to all athletes. Their big egos is what makes them great. The bigger ego the greater the athlete.
