descent 1 was solid and part 2 was good too.
but for those of you who have seen the sequel......whats up with the old man at the end?

Second one had better gore and i thought was a step up from the first.

Mostly just cool special effects and some nasty stuff tossed in.

Juno is NICE.

Umm i assumed the same thing about oldboy feeding them but i have no idea why.

They can't surface because they are sensitive to light and of course you know they are blind and feed off sound. He does it to keep other people from telling authorities whats down there. Why he defends them I don't know

maybe theyll explain that in part 3? if they decide t take it that far

Second one had better gore and i thought was a step up from the first. 
thats true but i dont think the 1st one really relied on the gore that much as opposed to maye the wrong turn sequels.

If you recall, he said something about his father being down there in the beginning.

Descent 2 was ok. I just thought the old man at the end knew about the whole underground thing, so he just did that to keep them happy. Sort of like they were his pets or something, or he just fed them those girls so they wouldn't disturb his land.

The Descent is definitely one of my all time favorite movies of any genre.

Part 2 has been in my Netflix queue foreverrrrrr. I should probably move it up...
