Looks like this place will be the newest go-to concert venue in the area. The events calender for the next few months is stacked with some great performers.

Mary J. Blige, John Legend, BlackStar, J. Cole and Mac Miller

Prices are steep but hey it's Downtown Silver Spring.

i drive by it everyday going to work and it looks promising but some of those prices are ridiculous.
 
27.50 For the J. cole Show is a pretty good deal IMO...
$55 for Black Star is tempting but I've seen em plenty (Art Attack back in 01 at UMCP, Mos and Talib were freestyling/loungin with students and random heads backstage, priceless)...
The venue looks good and its 10 mins from the crib... the "new" 9:30? Time will only tell...
 
how far is SS from VA? i wanna go to the Cole show...

30 isn't bad...saw someone say they paid 70+ plus for a ticket somewhere

Cole has made well over a half a million (before IRS, fees to managers, etc. etc.) based on shows alone this year, and its still 4 in a half months to go...

Without a major debut released yet...

Should've been rapper "Young Keezy" when I had the chance.  #smh
 
he is like the SLOW version of Drake...

What drake did in a 2 year span, COLE is doing in a 5 year span...

pretty smart imo..

I'm covering the Mary J. Blige show for a naitonal publication. Kinda siced about that.

Working on credentials for Black Starr, and J.Cole as well.

***dead at "Young Keezy".
 
The show was bananas...... Mos Def handled the idiot who threw his CD at them while on stage with professionalism...

The opening act reminded me of "CB4"... smh


Refreshing to see actual MC's.... no fluff......

These days you need 15 guest appearances and beats to be considered an "artist"
