I've been waiting for this guy to come up to the mayors for a long time and he is finally here.

Jay Bruce.

Im far away from being a Reds fan, but always been a fan of Bruce since 2006. Considered by many to be the top prospect in baseball, Bruce hit .364/.393/.630 with 10 homers and 37 RBI in 49 games at Triple-A.

Bruce went 3-for-3 with a double, 2RBIs, 2BB, SB in MLB debut.

4 hits on Friday.

Walk off HR in the top of the 10th inning on Saturday.

People didnt think he was ready for the majors because of his strikeouts to walks ratio, he has already walked 5 times in the majors and 1 strikeout in 5games.

There was a lot of hyped about Justin Upton. Havent seen much for J.Bruce.

It has been only 5 games, cant wait to see if he can keep it up when he faces the best pitchers in the NL. But like I said before he came up to the majors, ifI were to start a team, he would be my #1 pick.

Lincecum and Kazmir are good... BUT i'm gonna have to go with ...

Edinson Volquez
7-2
1.46 ERA
83 k's

This man could very well be the future of baseball.

Carlos Gomez

.286, 17 SBs, 4 HRs

Scouts say he's the fastest player in baseball (even faster than Jose Reyes)

Carlos Gomez no power though

Lincecum is just filthy has great stuff the franchise right there with the Giants. Volquez also has a bright future both young studs in the making, we have towait until Tuesday to see if we can add another to the future of baseball with Joba Chamberlain getting his first ML start.

Joey Gathright.
17 SBs > 14 SBs

I know that doesn't really mean anything though because it's just a stat. But I guarentee Gomez is faster than Gathright. Catchers know they don'thave a chance when they throw to 2nd.
