That's a funny line

Sagat = Street Fighter Character. He says "Tiger" when he does his moves in the game. I think that's what it meant

I forgot what song this belongs to. I think it's on that song with the lame beat but anyway word to Saget has to do with homey from street Fighter.

I'm not gonna bother to listen to the song find out what else he could have meant tho. I think it was just a SF reference.
