The first half of that movie is soo bad.  I was watching a fat man barely touch people with a crow bar to knock them out.

I was like mannnnn this movie is baby thighs....trying to be all artistic with drastic camera cuts all black and white eraserhead influened POS

then the second half of the movie happened..........................

Yea bru, that second half was insane. The part where she crushed the baby had me like

The gore doesn't bother me, as I know it's a movie, so I can separate these things, but the movie is so dumb, that is the part that makes it unwatchable.

Yea the first one was so lame. This one was on a whole other lever. I hated that little fat bastard. Son didn't even have the tools to perform the surgery ... he was messing them people up.

i remember watching that scene i was wait hold the eff up i went back like 2x

the baby died in a effed up funny way

what got me was they tried to make it real cause some of the scene poop part splashed into the camera

the scene when the pastor was getting domed i was like what boss

@ the same time this movie sucks big time terrible the first movie was okay

For a movie to be truly "effed up" or disturbing, it had to be well made. American Beauty, Menace II Society type movies come to mind.

Unless you're just talking about violence/gore. That's a different type of screwey.
