Matt Ryan is as average as a NFL QB can get. I'm born and raised in Georgia. He watched, heard, and been to plenty of Falcons games. Ryan's success was just a result of the talent around him. Julio Jones, prime Roddy White, Harry Douglas (as a #3), Tony Gonzalez, prime Michael Turner, Ovie Mughelli, and Steven Jackson (even though he was washed AF :lol ).

Ryan had all the tools and STILL couldn't make a Super Bowl.

Any above average QB or game manager would have lead the team to one Super Bowl.

Alex Smith > Matt Ryan

Jacksonville Jaguars?

Enough said.

Is my man Julio Jones ever going to be fully healthy?

It's been a bit of a strange start to the year for the 3 elite WR's in the league.

OBJ is playing like trash.
Julio is banged up, he always is but even for him.
Antonio Brown is Antonio Brown but he still can go to a higher level.

The excellence of mediocrity. I present to you, THE JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS.

Since the year 2000, Jacksonville has had 2 winning seasons. Thats one above .500 season every eight years.
Arguably the worst team in the league (yes even over the Browns) at developing talent at the Quarterback position, Jacksonville hasn't even attempted to stabilize the position. Well actually yes they have.
-Byron Leftwich -Blaine Gabbert the former of which David Gerard outplayed during his brief tenure. I guess we are to believe Blake Bortles is the answer now?
MJD (and Fred Taylor) - the ONLY Jaguars in history to have some sort of respect around the league.
Where is Justin Blackmon these days?
The Jaguars made big news this off-season. They finally sold out a game before the required 48 hrs set forth by the NFL to avoid local blackout. How did they do it? They didn't, the Packers were in town.

Shall I go on?

HOT TAKES

Wentz - Eagles :hat Yall got a baller, the Browns should be upset.
Packers will still be a problem, ALTHOUGH, I said last yr that run around until somebody is open offense will fail soon enough. It has.
The NFC South belongs to the Carolina Panthers, Atlanta isn't doing anything with that defense.
Tampa Bay is not a good team. They are NOT a good team.
The Saints have wasted Breesus.
Dak Prescott forces me to be a Cowboys watcher.... Love the guy.
Dez Bryant does not belong in the convo for top 5 wideouts.
Steelers got a reality check.

**** man that reminds me of a funny *** scouting report posted on here like a year or two ago. Something like "the arm of Luck, the accuracy of Brady, etc". Can't remember who it was about.

Someone help me out here. I'm laughing at the thought of it.

Update: Found it. No help from you bums.

And wouldn't you know...

It was about Wentz.

Mayock says Wentz is Luck/Brady w/ athleticism & size of Cam.
Looks like Carson Wentz is about to be the best QB in the history of the NFL.

All aboard the Fanwagon! CHOO CHOO!

Of course Chester got the slander going early.

So put all the reports together...it's a QB who resembles Andrew Luck and Tom Brady, with the size & athleticism of Cam, similar to Peyton Manning pre-snap, then turns into Aaron Rodgers post-snap.

According to scouts, he's basically Captain America. Philly drafted a superhero.

^ LOL. If chip wants to keep his job. start kaep.

on a more serious topic that needs to be discussed..

did y'all see all of the excess zest jalen ramsey displayed in his post game interview regarding the battle with steve smith?

surely NT will not let him get a pass.

Jags play the giants this year?

the zest off will be epic.

Smitty called him out on it...I believe the adjective he used was 'sassy' :lol

I'm just grateful to the browns organization and ches for giving wentz everything he needed to be able to succeed in The National Football League

yes, I had my doubts..

but those feelings of trepidation were quickly eased when I saw the stamps of approval given by these truly dear souls

you gentlemen have my heartfelt thanks and appreciation.. and I do NOT care what the others may say about you, you gentlemen are truly scholars and saints
