Kinda is.. i understood english ppl alot more once i went over there for school

Very grey.. and then alot of that annoying dribble rain.. and it's constantly chilly but not like really really cold outside of winter

Then when it's hot everything is unbearable because everything is built to ccombat the cold with zero consideration for when it's warmish
