@PFF_Steve: Not sure anyone tweeted that Joe Montana wasn't that good because Steve Young, Steve Bono and Elvis Grbac had success for the 49ers

:lol

Didn't Jeff Garcia also have success and lead them to the playoffs?

Hold up.

Why in the blue hell did my 2nd to last post get deleted? Random as hell g.

I gave Logan Ryan props, laid out the players who were still missing, and mentioned 12 God's return. And I told Roger Goodell what he could do with his mouth.

I don't get it. *shrugs* Oh well...

Better not have been your work, @Chester McFloppy. I just remembered you got LTB's thread locked up with the quickness not too long ago...

From Montana, Elway, Aikman, Favre, Marino, Young to Bradshaw I'm pretty sure most of those teams had a good record without them for a short period of time.

How much guaranteed Brock got?

And we really going see QBs going top 3 in the draft (ND, Clemson and I guess Miami guys.. Louisville guy draft eligible?)

Gronk talent with the brain of Hernandez

I don't think he makes it til the end of the season on our roster

The NFLPA actually gives these guys a number they can call at any time for free car service to come get them from wherever at any time. Guessing he just didn't want his coach finding out he was out at 4AM hammered a couple days before our home opener

Dude steady missing in big/blowout games. First time it was an "injury".what's his excuse now.
"Best player in the NFL" having zero impact on the game

As ghost as NT's JJ Watt

Is Von > Watt still considered a hot take?

@NEPD_Loyko: JJ Watt has played against the #Patriots 5 times since 2012 and has been absolutely invisible in all of them. Only 0.5 sack registered.

I mean I don't think Von has the same impact on the Texans and Watt would do what Von does on the Broncos but the argument can still be made

Watt annoys the hell out of me too so this is unbiased

@fbgchase:
From 2010 to 2014, the Packers led the NFL in yards gained per pass play (7.3).

Since then, the Packers rank 32nd -- dead last -- at 5.6.

Don't know how A-Rod gets killed yet McCarthy's seat is as cool as ever :lol

Could definitely be a reasonable argument made.

Von has shown up when it matters, obviously.

Watt also hasn't been healthy for a while.

I mean shouts to him for not saying anything but it's obvious.

Von can be damn near taken away if he's not playing alongside another talented rusher like Ware and getting consistent inside pressure.

We've seen Watt singlehandedly carry the whole Texans defense at times.

I'm not taking any other lineman over Peak Watt but right now Von is obviously better.

JJ Watt:

AFCS: 39 sacks in 30 games

Non AFCS: 37 sacks in 52 games

Just like certain other media-beloved players, he has feasted on the garbage of the AFC South and it's inflated his stats.  I think we overrate how much that awful division has made many guys look better than they really are.
