Just tuned in, but looks like receiver caught it, but ruled incomplete because out of bounds, but they ruled PI after discussion and since call was incomplete on the field (because he was pushed out of bounds), no TD even with PI. Raiders challenged and it stood as called.

I've been in the camp that thinks Romo should start when healthy, but the more the Cowboys win, the shorter that leash gets when he returns. I think a case can obviously be made for Dak to stay as the starter, but gimme Romo still.
