He doesn't let character issues deter him because he's comfortable communicating with people and treats adults like adults.

Unlike many/most manchild NFL coaches.

BB needs to focus on the damn defensive side of the ball. Brady been covering his *** for years now and that time is nearing it's final couple years.

as far as Luke, gotta be a situation where him, his family, and his doctors have told him, "you know, man...1 or 2 more and you might need to hang em up". only thing that explains the emotion. not sure what his college concussion history is like but he had a bad one last year.
