Ethanol and water is what soju is composed of
Watermelon is just the flavoring for the soju
You can use other fruits to flavor soju
Or just drink it straight up
Soju is equivalent of vodka, but a lot weaker

Ahh sounds good. If it's weak though...may not be for me. I tried some Puerto Rico moonshine last week when I was in San Juan, it was delicious.
