If you haven't already, you should go to NDC and log into your account and check the order status on there. Sometimes the progress emails come late or don't come at all. I got my final touches email like a week ago and haven't heard from em since, but when I check it on the site my pair is already done and shipped. Just haven't got the email yet.

But if you don't get your pair by the projected date, complain to customer service. They'll give you a discount code.
