Has anyone on the east coast specifically VA looked at the moon tonight? It is directly at the top of the sky with a huge circle around it. And is a rainbow!Almost looks like a hole. Sorry if a repost but, just went outside to see it for myself. I will upload a video as soon as my roommate transfers it over.
