The NBA Draft Thread

Homie from UCLA should declare even though he's 2 years away from being 2 years away

He's just as young as Collins was, he'll be 19 by the time of the 2018 draft.

It's a weaker class that should allow him to slip into the top 10 granted he develops and is featured more on a UCLA team that might lose its two best players.

He's one of those rare ones who should stay.

What other bigs are going to be high in next years draft besides Ayton, Bamba, Carter and Williams?

OG should leave after the knee injury, still will get picked in the 1st, get your money young man.

Interested to see where OG goes in the draft. People were super high on him at the beginning of the year. Didn't really play particularly well before going down with the injury...

Think he's a perfect pick for the Thunder late 1st

Love this.

OG has FREAKY physical tools, 6'8 but 7'6 wingspan while already having NBA strength. :x

He's going to be an absolute stud that can legitimately guard 3 positions and even has the size to play the 5.

Can't shoot at all and doesn't really have much of an offensive game period, but if he could eventually play the 5 he would cause so much disruption with mismatches he would help your offense.

I think the Thunder already have OG. He goes by Jerami Grant though.

Rawle Atkins from Zona is going to be a nice value prospect at the end of the first.

Rawle is kind of like Lance-lite.

He has a nice game and is a bull but unless he can get his shoot to a even halfway decent place, I don't see how he can really stick.

Think Simmons projects better longterm.

Um, no.

He defends really well, already NBA body, one of the best PnR scorers in the country and especially among freshman, he's in the 88th percentile.

He shoots 38% from 3 on 3 attempts per.

Lance shot 21% at the same age while not playing even close to as well defensively or with the ball in his hands. Also shot worse from the FT line.

Lance had a 49% TS, Atkins has 57%.

Keep it real, you just compared them because they both from Brooklyn and 6'5 because they are nothing alike as players.

Always thought Simmons was actually the best NBA prospect out of all their guys outside of Lauri.

Na, Atkins is ahead of him by a good bit IMO.

He's very athletic and has a nice build but the kid is shooting 39% from the field with a 15% assist rate, nothing great about that by any stretch of the imagination.

Having 5 guards on the team is tough even if you play a guard heavy lineup. Simmons might have goofed
Yeah it's a rough situation. I think he'll come back for another year and will really be a stud though.

Alkins jumper is substantially better than Lance's at the same point, probably even better right now :lol that comparison is off.
